Spares & ServiceSpares Metool Reels can offer a comprehensive range of spare parts for most of the range of reels, collector columns, sliprings and festoons sold under the Metool name. We can also offer an excellent service for replacement cable and hose. Service If you would like us to come to site for a one-off inspection and service of your equipment or wish Metool Reels to perform regular routine services for you then please contact us and our Service/Installation Engineer will be pleased to give you rates for our services. Break Down Cover If your equipment breaks down then contact us and we can generally provide speedy response to get you back running as quickly as possible. Alternatively send your equipment back to us and we will give you an honest appraisal of its state and whether it can be prepared. If we recommend that you replace the equipment as it is past its useful life, then you can be assured of a special prices for new replacement equipment to get you back running again.
